The L.R.E.I MeetUp group is for aspiring, beginning and full-time real esate investors who are interested in networking with other like-minded individuals.

Every individual on the lease is jointly and severally liable, so they all get the benefits and/or consequences of the lease agreement. 

Will the amount of social security benefits be reduced if an individual receives rental income of let's say 80K a year. 

I would love to network with like minded individuals.

The hardest part is finding that wealthy individual who is willing to loan you the capital for a portion of equity.

Every nonresident property owner shall appoint and continuously maintain an agent who (i) if such agent is an individual, is a resident of the Commonwealth, or if such agent is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other entity, is authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth and (ii) maintains a business office within the Commonwealth.

That said- I’d love to hear the pros and cons of putting all properties into one LLC vs. each individual property being in its own separate LLC.Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Reasons... 1) real-estate documents are not the same in each province 2) Realtors generally only have access to listings in their own jurisdiction 3) a local agent can connect you to other local resources (insurance, inspections, etc.) 4) a local agent will likely know the history of the property and steer you clear of a dud

3) I have a small list and I am going to call each individual manually and personally.

I already have 8 fanny / freddy individual mortgages and would not qualify for 4 more.
