real estate isnt' so hard, it just SEEMS hardCharlotte is a popular area for real estate investors, you'll have no problem meeting people but you need to be very proactive about it. go to meetups, use the BP local area forums, and use facebook to find people who do RE.

NJ has an incredibly long foreclosure process and I’m sure a lot of of those delinquencies stem from loan modifications of loans from the pre crisis era.

The fact that he’s here looking into real estate is an incredible sign that he’s about to break free but it’s a lot like me trying to figure out how to set up a self directed IRA to purchase real estate before I’ve graduated high school.
