He also, for your information, gets funding from the county, whereby the Medina county pays 80% of his residence here, as he is supposedly disabled (or unable to work)...meanwhile, having caused all form of terror throughout- it's a front and fraud!!

It is not fraud if you are prepared to go through with it.Not that I would employ that tactic myself (or recommend it) and would think it was shady, I don't know if I would call it illegal.
