Like @Kiran K mentioned, coil is generally referring to the thing inside of the air handler inside the home. 

The market is pretty hot.

Seems strange to buy something with zero repairs and instant equity of 52k especially in our hot market.

I think I joined a few years ago and was one of those that didn't take 'action' and boy...am I kicking myself now - the market is hot around my town (and around most towns), I am a case of the woulda coulda shoulda..but didn't.

We are busy and have been for years thanks to word of mouth and repeat business but I have to say the calls are coming in hot and heavy with poor work.
