Hello,I have finished my Real Estate Salesperson license course and passed the licensing exam earlier today.I have 90 days to find a broker in Huntsville, Alabama to hang a license with.I'm looking to find an investor-friendly broker with minimal fees and decent commision splits. 

Good luck and hang with it this will get easier how to deal with tenants.  

Are you looking for someone to property manage your unit or are you looking for a brokerage where you can hang your real estate license once you get it? 

But first look into the requirements in your state and how much it will cost to hang your license with a brokerage.

Wondering if I need to hang my license in jersey first then get my pa license?

I find if you want to get into this business it is better to hang with like minded folks. 

I think they are both overwhelmed with everything going on, and the house has been a Sword of Damocles hanging over their heads, so he was just relieved to hear I might be interested in it.The least muss and fuss for the both of them, the better.

I have a friend in Fl that has done well with tax deed sales as well but it may take some time to get the hang of it. 

These type deals are no longer the low-hanging fruit like they were a few years ago, but still possible to find if you're patient.
