You can chose to have it considered a disregarded entity for taxes (in which case it income will flow to your personal tax return), or inform IRS you want it considered (and taxed) as an S- or C- corp. 

I appreciate you sharing this because while I specialize in financing for self employed investors whose tax returns don't qualify them for conventional financing, I'm always looking to build relationships with great local banks so that I can build my business in that direction too. 

Would the 10% fee dig into your returns in a way that you cannot deal with?

Obviously more money down would mean a lower mortgage amount, but at the same time less money down leads to a higher CoC return.

This is in case something bad happens during the pump and inspection, it can be returned to working order.

Currently the buyers closing attorney is not returning calls and the buyer isn't too happy about the mix up.
