I am currently on the hunt for a mentor in San Antonio that has experience with Multifamily units, preferably 10+units. I have attended a few REIA's and similar meetings and felt that they were mainly geared towards Single Family Home investing. Are there any groups/meetups that any of you would recommend? Do any of you have experience in this area that would let me pick their brain over lunch on me?
