There could be mold under legs of furniture, dressers, and other heavy objects resting directly on the carpet. 

I can get back with you pretty quickly once I see it.We have a couple options that could work for you: 1) Complete staging - where we do the main areas (entry, kitchen, dining, living, baths) and 2) Virtual staging - where we use a computer program to stage the home so it shows well in pictures for the MLS listing.

It starts with 35,000 entries but I can get it down below 1,000 in no time.But don't forget that once you have a little more budget and better deal flow going, you can hire a Virtual Assistant or a local assistant to do some of that list prep for you.

If you do that you should really give it a good push: get professional photos done, place the property on Zillow, craigslist and MLS, promise high commission to the buy site agents (not binding unless you accept offers), get some virtual help.

There are a lot of interesting things to read about Programs like that.So I'm sorry about the warnings, but it needs to be said.Here is the good part.A lot of us who are very successful, had learned Real Estate virtually for free.

The place definitely looks better and bigger staged with furniture and I think I could get higher quality tenants or a higher rent, but being new, I have no experience.Is it worth the cost of staging?
