How's the neighborhood for crime and is there renovation going on in other buildings nearby?

I have spoken to hospital admin and other businesses on the street just to get a feel of what residents could benefit from and hospital says they all wish there was a CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid nearby or even a rooming house for families to stay when a family member is hospitalized, or a nice restaurant accessible which causes me to think maybe a small NT may sign a lease but I am not sure.I feel the price makes it a good deal but just looking for feedback.

Also do you mind sharing more on your previous strategy when you were farming in the nearby markets?

to help tenants stay in their home, it is my opinion that these laws will further exasperate the housing crisis leading to higher rental rates and fewer rental options on the open market -especially for the marginal tenant.

While we do need to make money, the fact of the matter is that fewer people read the stuff for big investors.

A 3/2 or 4/2 has more appeal but it also stretches into the price point where fewer people are able to afford so it's a wash.

The reasoning was to acquire more properties with fewer loans.

My in-laws own a successful brokerage in nearby Springfield , Oh and my wife manages roughly 700 properties across the Columbus, Dayton, Springfield metro areas. 

Do a market survey of the 5 most similar parks nearby.
