New Investor in Columbus, Oh

Hey Everyone, 

I am Andrew and am a a new BP investor with rent and hold experience across Ohio, but looking to focus in on Columbus.  My in-laws own a successful brokerage in nearby Springfield , Oh and my wife manages roughly 700 properties across the Columbus, Dayton, Springfield metro areas. 

I have: market knowledge and access to deals and management 

I want: to connect  with contractors and lenders (any type) working the Columbus market and hope to offer some advice to newbies along the way.
