Hi All,I wanted to get a feed started regarding opinions on the pros and cons of taking a multifamily building, in my case 4 units, that is currently on one water line and separating each individual unit.  

While there is a separate hot water run to each unit (because the hot water tanks are in the basement), it does not appear this done with the cold water feed.

Is it better in any way to deal with a wholesaler who does not use such channels?

Once you start building a large portfolio of properties, it really does start to feed on itself and grow quickly.

Keep in mind these are all old house knob and tube, and plaster walls and Ceilings  and we all know that once you start cutting holes or Channels for the Electrican, plaster is a nightmare to deal with and piece back together.
