i too looked into those (via https://www.sunsetranches.com). unless you can live without water, avoid like the plague... everyone else is.if there's some way to affordably bring water to that area, then it's a fantastic steal.you could catch some snakes, horney toads, desert hares and sell them as exotic pets.although the best use would be as a solar power farm.

The two periods are between 2001 (the Crash of the Stock Market) and 2008 (The Great Recession) and from 2010 (when we were pulling out of the Great Recession) and currently.If any Investor invested starting in 2001 to 2007, even they would have thought they were a fantastic Investor.
