Think about how long the 'experts' have been predicting higher interest rates.

New to REI, looking for my first single family home to buy, fix up and sell or hold and rent. I of course would like to buy a REO house but am having a hard time finding a website that has up to date foreclosure listi...

Then, I'd contact several banks speaking to mortgage experts explaining your situation that you need x amount of money for a home and tell them of the obstacles you face.  

(If you like Dave or not doesn't matter, you just know you are getting a trusted agent that will work for you and serve your goals and needs while offering unbiased expert advice in their field.)

I inherited this property so selling property for cash is not something that I am an expert at...obviously.

Obvious question for the experts.
