Buyer is non-responsive...need advice!
I am selling a property for cash. The close date was June 13th and the buyer has not signed the contract and has had no contact with myself or the title company since the paperwork was sent. I have emailed and called and it's radio silence. Now I cannot get the earnest money released until the buyer signs the release form with me. I inherited this property so selling property for cash is not something that I am an expert at...obviously. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by "the buyer has not signed the contract"? Do you mean the purchase and sale agreement to buy the house? If that was never signed then you don't have a deal at all. If that's the case I would have never taken the property off the market.
Selling for cash is no different than selling with a loan, from your perspective. The process is the same. The buyer (and, indirectly, you) just don't have to deal with a new lender.
