Miami and Florida real estate
Obvious question for the experts. I live in Miami and have some cash and would like to learn how to legitimately buy foreclosed or distressed real estate here. I am not opposed to flipping if the opportunity presents itself but am also ok with holding a property for a while. How would you recommend learning the process in Florida? I have enough money to purchase but have no idea what I am doing. Help!
