The tub was the type that also had the side walls as one entire piece so along with the tub that was cut out was the walls as well.I contacted the home insurance and was later told that they were unable to cover any costs associated with the replacement because it was considered "over a period of time damage" and not sudden.I was well aware of how to demo all of the old tub and to clear out the area but after that my youtube education began.

.- if you click on education (at the very top of the screen) that is the doorway to never ending info to get you heading in the right direction, to achieve your goals. set small goals for your self and hold yourself to it!

Monthly fee is cheap and you get good education at first.You ned to learn a lot of stuff at first.Remax was my first choice and it sucked, sobad never again.You can change it to a smaller brokerage once you learn everything.Real Estate License is expensive.
