Hi all. I'm Micah Erwin, an 18 year old about to graduate Highschoo in Stockton. I have recently begun researching real estate investing, and would like to get into it as a possible career. I only have a few hundred dollars to invest at the moment, because I am saving for the next four years of my education. Due to this I would like to get into wholesaling, as I have read that it doesn't take a ton of capital to get started. I am looking for anyone in the area who might have any advice or tips for me, and even further someone who might be willing to chat on the phone or in person.
