Check your surroundings before making any investments.I have a 3 family and condos In the mutlifamily I installed a coin laundry washer and dryer for all the 3 units and it has work so far.However the first and second unit  has their own hookup but not the third unit.I’ll do my researchThank you!

You can typically gain more value by duplexing the 1st unit down with the basement commanding more rent.

That being said, I know Jordan well and while he wouldn't brag I can tell you he is an expert at scaring up off-market stuff, so you should definitely connect with him.Here are my thoughts on your criteria: B- area or better: No problem there are lot's of B- or better areas with duplexes
