It's not the greatest deal ever.The BRRR method sounds nice, and might not be a bad place to start for a small time starter like us.We may not be in the exact perfect spot to dive in financially, but we need to get in soon as many others have mentioned.

You don't need a RE license to wholesale in Nevada or any other state IF YOU DO IT PROPERLY.Problem is too many people don't and get themselves in deep trouble.You are in a good wholesale market.
