@Ed Winczowski -  I second the use of Follow-up Boss @Steven Myers We've modified FUB for Realtors and Investors and has all the Omni Channels (FB, IG, Call, Text, Email, Door Knock, Digital Door Knock, etc.) as well as the automations (action plans and drips).

Very easy to edit which property an expense is for and can be very specific as to what kind of expense category a charge is for: maintenance, supplies, cleaning, etc.
