I would like to hire an assistant who is local to handle some of the tasks and I was wondering what the best way is to hire someone.

They have high quality property management and can assist to find deals. 

Through unemployment and government assistance, I suspect that a large portion of people will be able to pay their rent.

Some of our residents have agreed to assist us in taking photos/videos of the interior of their units to aid with virtual showings.Leasing typically begins to pickup in March/April, so we will see the full affects taking place in the next few weeks.I went under contract on a house prior to all of this and am still planning on moving forward. 

Most of our tenants receive Section8 housing assistance.
