The market for sales has slowed down considerably here. 

They collect your rent, apply late fees,  deposit your monies into your bank account, market your properties, track expenses, screen your tenants, etc for just a few dollars a month per door.  

Two years are too long, they will put it off for the next 18 months and it's also hard to gauge what the market will be like.1.)

Knowing which neighborhoods are better to invest in than others and developing a sense for what to expect investing here.

It's a European company coming to the US market.

I couldn't believe the amount of development in Carmel - new apartment complexes with rents approaching California rent (over $4000 for a 2 bedroom apartment). 

@Mayuresh Kshirsagar Detroit is one of the best markets in the Midwest right now!

But then you combine this with a growth market and Bang!

Atlanta is becoming an expensive market, and I don't see that slowing down or reversing soon.

Norris Lake is proving to be a great market.
