Learned a lot and feel as if I could learn a lot more from servicing loans (particularly purchase loans) but feel like I am making good connections in PM/RE at my current job.... 

This gentleman lives out of state and is 96 years old. 

It was initially a single family home that was renovated and turned into a co-living multifamily asset.

I can always turn this into a LTR but with the current rates I would be losing money every month.

The mortgage payment on this house was roughly $1800/month so when we get tenants (or technically roommates while we're still living in the house) we figure we would have them split the rent evenly, or as a percentage of the house since someone could have the entire basement to themselves.

When searching for properties I’ve come across a lot that current rents are below market rent.

I know some tourist locations are cracking down on how many short term rentals are allowed... does anyone have some insight into the current outlook in Tahoe?

How do I find an organization to turn my vacation rental into an assisted living facility or similar facility?  

I've taken the lifespan and current age of the item (many do not add current age but I don't understand how you can be accurate without it) into account to estimate the remaining years until replacement is needed.
