Hello Bigger Pockets, I am creating my first LLC in Alabama to put a couple of my rental properties into.

My wife and I have done a couple live-in flips and really loved it, but with the arrival of our daughter we decided maybe it wouldn't be a great idea to have an infant in a construction zone.

Most of the wholesale deals I see are junk for that reason.I would highly recommend you take on a couple of flips.

I have looked into it a couple of times and cannot quite figure out how exactly it works and whether or not it is truly worth it (tying up your capital for 2.5 years).
