Buying in areas where homes sit on the market for a long time?
Hi-
I found a market that has strong cash flow, but the properties generally sit on the market for 100+ days a time. I find that the cash flow would make this worth it but I'm concerned about how easily it would be to liquidate the property if needed. Does anyone have any experience investing in these types of markets?
Thanks
John
