What we should be trying to figure out is how to own real estate in Georgia for less than 1% property tax and own a corporation in florida for the zero state income tax benefit like Texas.

Update, I ended up not getting that house.....the auction seemed to end but then restarted, then ended, then restarted again.....so I was thinking the decision about the price must be changing every few days.  

Hearing horror stories of getting bad renters out and the damages they do to the home, I'm intimidated to rent out my home and proceed with buying a new home to live in and update.  

In short, as a Realtor I have access to the MLS which allows me to save time, more accurately determine comps, acquire tax and mortgage information not readily available approximate value to be approximately by these companies and that the information is not always updated in a timely manner.

However you will notice that corporate landlords do not fight the system.

Now regarding the delay in county recording... is that for property card updates or recordings?
