You are definitely on the right track and I'd highly recommend partnering with someone who has the experience to show you the ropes (that's how I got started and have done the same for others starting out) because you don't know what you don't know.I think you're spot on with looking to the Dayton area to start investing (your $ will go much further) as I believe it is the best place in the world to invest.
