I don't know where you're building is in Manchester, but depending on the area, you might find tenants who may have difficulty with an online payment system (don't have a computer, would rather send a check since they can't guarantee the money will be there when it auto transfers, etc.)3.

I realize that submitting two sets of plans is thousands of dollars extra in architectural and permitting fees, but if I could be completely framed out and mostly complete with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. by the time the parking zoning hearing/approval occurs, then it would be worth it.Anyone heard of someone doing this?
