I would rather just hear from people who have quite a few properties what they actually have paid over at the very least 5 years and hopefully hear from people who have actual numbers from owning properties for longer.I'm sure this will benefit everyone who has new properties or people looking for actual numbers.Thanks in advance!

With the private lender, we only had to put 10% of the purchase price down on each property, but were actually still given a very good interest rate.  

Of course, if you want it to actually protect your investments, you'll absolutely want to talk to your lawyer.

Some lenders require you to own property for a specific period of time before they will lend to you based on a % of the actual appraised value.  

I've actually never heard of TIC and just had to do some quick research so I don't know much about it.
