Also is there one that people have had more success with over the others?

For anyone that has had success, have you had any issues finding property management for smaller properties?

I tried showing a video of my mid rehab and got flagged as advertising while I see there is a whole section for success stories where people posted similar things. 

I have 2 houses, 2 townhouses, 1 condo that I have been renting short term with good success.

Is it in a growing area or is it in a successful town/area that also have good economic diversity, population growth?  

Since most agents are not very good, the companies figured out that the best way to ensure the company’s success is to get an army of cheap labor out there canvassing for exclusive listings — for the company, not the agent, remember.

The most successful RE people I guarantee have made their fair share of mistakes, but have learned from it and continued on to be successful.

From my day job I do know a couple successful people in commercial real estate so I will be talking over with them too for their input.
