Is there a limit on how much you all would spend on a duplex? For example if I get one for 45k getting $1100 in rent is it worth it? What are your cash flow requirements and what is your stop number for investments? Thanks for your insight!

The amount you should pay for a house all depends on where you’re buying it (Remember location, location, location) and what other properties just like yours recently sold for.  Once you figure that out tun the numbers on the BP rental calculator to find “the right price”. Every property has a number/price that makes i a great deal. Good luck!
