You will see that on your next C.E. course.If you are going to provide info via a web site make sure it is a factual site directly sourced from a reliable site i.e. the FBI, or local police department. 

But Steve babiak and Jon Holdman, I have used the appraiser's web site for a while, but have never found any thing regarding liens or anything (except the link to the tax collector's site) that may impact the property financially, but maybe I'm not using it to its full advantage - am I missing something?

It's obviously more detailed and I have powerpoints to explain but I don't want them on the web.

I read that thread and it has nothing to say about the lack of support nor does it speak of web based programs that are broken and simply don't work.
