HI

I too have been looking through this web site and find it quite interesting!
I am a Realtor in NJ and have been investing in RE for the past 9yrs- Things are a bit frightening lately! I have been doing BPO's and recently have gotten into REO listings- I am here to learn and contribute what ever I can.
