In over 10 years no one has wanted to use the old phone lines :)FYI both cable and DSL are shared bandwidth back to the first router owned by the provider company but cable is much faster as the coax media is capable of carrying much more bandwidth and the phone lines are very old and have had side taps installed and removed many times.When I was still using fax in my real estate business I used efax and received them all by email.I am thankful for all the responses out there!

You must be a company "entity" to receive a loan.

I received a price quote on a property for $5k in Birmingham.

I eliminated the Struck to County liens that all received 16%:The Vacant land again had decent interest rates, had a large number of liens available, and had the least amount of competition (bids).

@Nick Harringtonthank you for this. the numbers didn't work on that property but i just received another call from a direct mailing who also asked to me call their realtor. i had no clue this was illegal so good looking out. i do have someone coaching me and he called the realtor on this one with me and instructed me to go visit the other property with a realtor. he never mentioned that it was illegal. 

I see note purchasing/brokering as a way to receive huge pay-outs, but they don't come in on a regular basis. 

Does anyone know how much it costs to maintain the license is after you've received it (continuing education, renewals, etc)?

There is not a lot of inventory on the MLS, courthouse foreclosures are going for retail prices, and homeowners are receiving 10 letters from different investors.  

They hold the funds, sign the contracts, issue funds for expenses and receive income from the investments - all for the benefit of your IRA.
