Entity borrowers only?
What do hard money lenders mean when they say entity borrowers only? Thanks!

Entity borrowers only means they will only loan to a business: LLC, S-corp, Inc, Co, etc. They will not loan to individual borrowers. You must be a company "entity" to receive a loan.
