Wholesaler vs. Realtor
Hey Guys,
I got a call today from a woman looking to sell her moms home. She lives in NJ, the property is in MD and her mom is deceased. She mentioned that a realtor is involved. I am seeking advice on how to approach this situation. How would I be of any value to the realtor since they already have it listed?
