Company installed this French drain system to quell a water problem that had an opened raised plastic piece that went all the way around the perimeter that extended from under the slab up about 4'-6" along the wall that even had drilled weep holes at the bottom of the block that was designed to allow water that may seep down the wall to go behind this piece then into the pipe surround under the slab they installed then into the sump hole then when enough water accumulated the pump would turn on and discharge the H2O outside.

For example, once an inspector listed that the french doors leading to the back yard swung out and therefore the hinges were on the outside of the house which presented a security threat because anyone could knock the pin out and take the door of the hinge to break in the house.

Apparently the investor went and moved on something else and now he wants to do a fix and flip deal and wants to close on a subject by the end of the month. we'll see what happens. at least now I'm not needed to waste time or money on travel, and he's in my neck of woods where he wants to purchase the properties, but eventually the cards are going to have to be out on the table, and when they do I'm going to expose this piece of work to the world.

If you know one wants the cash now, that part may be sold "at the table" so to speak.Many loan servicers also buy notes, they can also assist in devising terms as to what they may purchase, so getting with a servicer prior to doing the note is a good idea.
