Do you have a checking account that is international?

Federal law trumps state laws I'm pretty sure.Readers need to be aware of attempting to apply some state law outside that state, this is a national and international site. 

I am a beginner located in EU Dijon - France.

I do know that accounting requirements will be the same as the treatment to recognize assets is based on international accounting standards, so, sellers beware you may be taxed on a sale without having received enough to pay them.

Just re-affirming what Account Closed said, you can't really do background checks on international tenants.

We have our own internal process for underwriting notes in a tape, specific to our requirements and exit strategies.
