Hey everyone, When you realize that your own market is too high to invest in, you end up looking overseas for investments with good returns on your money... So here I am. I have been doing a lot of reading and listening to BP podcasts and books. I'm looking forward to meet other overseas investors with similar concerns in TX, Florida or Michigan - and to learn for your experience. Also interested to build a team and start buying rental properties in TX, FL, MI where prices are still low with good population growth and employment rates.
