On A first house hack, owner occupied, do you have to change the address on your driver licence living there for a year?

We have been through several hundred guest in the last few years and not had more than a few hundred dollars damage at most the whole time, so our guest have been really great.

They always pay on time besides that. 

I was first told that I needed to get a contractor, because the city saw our 6 duplexes as a single lot and thus saw them as multi-family, but then I've just applied for myself for each duplex and everything was fine.
