You are next to San Francisco, one of the hottest and most expensive markets in the country and I am in a suburb next to Chicago. :)  I am looking at the other managers, at the competition on how much they charge, as if my fees go too high, then I won't get the bookings. 

Hello guys,Im located in the South FL (Miami) area of the country and Im shopping around for an experienced CPA with a real estate background.

For non-PR (permanent residents) and possibly out of country investors, their rates were competitive.

If they did not kick me out of the country I would live there most of the year.. but now just a tourist.. 

If the goal is fun, then for me personally I’d rather have fun in a different city or country every time. 

With all this talk on BP for out of state, even out of the country, investing I'm curious how many people get screwed and either dont know it yet or dont want to come back and talk about it.So are there any out of state suckers who would care to share?

I got a bunch of Census statistics and the January Zillow Price/Rent ratio for every ZIP code in the country.
