Does anyone know of any software/app that allows you to use a photograph of a property and show what it would look like after renovation?

I am actually a real estate agent for a new home builder as my day job too. hahaBut there are few meet ups around the central valley, I have never been personally but if you download the meetup app you can find some local REI events.

I used the numbers I was given and plug them into an app I downloaded.

If you don't have a lot of money to invest every month and don't want the little money you are trying to invest get eaten by trading fees(even though they are usually less than $10/trade), I recommend using the Robinhood app. 

I am a property manager app folio has some great stuff.  

I went to school at App State and so did my wife, which is where we met.

Their app is free and I can manage everything from it.

Hey Jeff,There are also Apps out there that can be downloaded onto your phone and supply you with a seperate number that can be used to conduct business either temporarily or for an extended period.
