Hey!! I'm a newbie! I just purchased my first rental property (duplex)! YAY! I want to be super organized with my business I am looking for a cheaper software to get me started and later upgrade as I build up my portfolio. Suggestions?

I use Tellus for my rental property. Their app is free and I can manage everything from it. Super convenient to track everything from an app on your phone!
