I was able to view the unoccupied side and noted the following problems: massive cracks in the tub surround tile, uneven floors, walls, and ceilings throughout, an active small leak from the water heater in the kitchen closet, peeling vinyl tile over water damaged original hardwood floors in the kitchen in an area far from the water heater and all plumbing, and a piece of plywood below the stove and refrigerator that I assume is for strength.

The seller repainted the walls and replaced the flooring in the entire house with vinyl flooring.

Several bidders using online mapping were feverously bidding on the property.At another sale a 3 story brick row house looked good from the front, but to see the back you had to go all the way roaund the block to access an alley to see that the entire rear wall had collapsed into the back yard and there was no rear wall to the house.

A flat screen TV on the wall will cost you $500 but it will drastically increase rent ability.- Make your houses "female friendly" ya know what i mean.... ;) they are just less rough on stuff (other than drains)- SFH is a great way to start.
