I'm In the process of upgrading  a small 3 -2 rental and I'm at the point now where i need to choice some new kitchen cabinets and the bathroom vanities looking for some advice on which to choice whats the most popular with more experienced landlord investors who have been through these upgrades before ?

Also what color do you recommend  painting the place ?

These cabinets are over 30yrs old

We have salvaged as much as we can when remodeling. Why spend more when you can just spruce up what's already in place? If the boxes and doors are solid, a fresh coat of white paint can do the trick. New hardware really works wonders to make an old kitchen look modern. Neutral colors such as greige and grey seem to have the most mass appeal and do well to hide minor imperfections. I used Merino Wool by Behr on almost my entire house and I'm enthralled. Happy rehabbing!
