I've used cozy and its great but the rent deposits for the free service into landlord account were closer to 5-7 days rather than the advertised 3-5 days for tellus.

So, I'm a Realtor in Oregon and I just realized Auction.com and Zillow are advertising pre-foreclosures/foreclosure  properties with actual pictures of the house that is still owned by the homeowner until sold at auction...Is this actually legal for them to do? 

Should I create some sort of website or advertisement I can send to wealthy people showing how I can make them a solid return?

I want to contact the owner directly, not the broker who paid for the advertising on that page.

I can't waste time idling around not advertising the rental.The reason I want to let them go is that they wanted asbestos pros to tell them it was safe, and they're not going to listen to what I have to say.
