You can always lower the rent if need be.

I've received numerous different feedback but would like a direct answer to make sure I understand how the process goes in transferring a RE license and Broker license to another state. 

Doing so would increase revenue to my property management LLC but likely has some downsides I'm not aware of yet.

As a realtor I don’t need a system like PropStream but I would like to be able to get hold of potential sellers

It will still be doing real estate activities.

Certain taxpayers may also have to fill out and attach to their return Form 8938, Statement of Foreign Financial Assets.My personal conclusion on investing outside the US is I'd only do it if I were to live where ever the place may be.

You would probably otherwise be limited to private equitable remedies. 

@Greta Andrews Both real estate investing (REI) and business acquisitions can be profitable, but the choice depends on your goals.
