REI vs Acquisitions
I'm considering my next investment. I currently own a 3 unit apartment. For my next investment I want to go bigger. I've always planned on purchasing a bigger multifamily (20+). But now I've learned of acquisitions. It just sounds like the BRRRR method but for business. Why should I stick to REI? Do you guys do both? What am I missing.
