It is easy to see if you own the tax lien certificate by going into the county website with the treasurer, tax collector or whomever is responsible for the collection of back taxes and see who's name is on the tax lien certificate.

I'd be opening a business with moderate traffic and regular scheduled appointments (think barbershop, salon, etc)In my opinion the lender doesn't need to know about any future business plans or exactly what the renovation funds will be used for other than the fact that i will be renovating the property with that money and it is going to be my primary residence.

The Lynchburg web site shows no property owned by KC Realty or Lamont Jones. 

I didn't really get many results, a couple of people visited to my website, but it led to nothing.
