Hi guys just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I am 24 and really new to real estate. I am motivated to learn everyday that's why I joined this website. My current plan is to learn while I save up and then try to get into multi-family rental properties. Any and all advice/help is welcomed, hopefully we can all be successful/learn together.
